- You will need Visual Studio 2022 version 17.4.4 or later.
In this article, we will be using Visual Studio.
First, we will install the “GitHub Copilot” extension in Visual Studio.
Search for “GitHub Copilot” in the Visual Studio Extensions marketplace.
Download and install the “GitHub Copilot” extension.
Close Visual Studio to complete the installation of the GitHub Copilot extension.
Verify the successful installation of the GitHub Copilot extension.
The GitHub Copilot extension is now installed in Visual Studio.
